In my search for new things origami, I've discovered something that may seem obvious to most... who took a minute to think about it. Let's just say it took me a few minutes by comparison. Aside from the feeling of accomplishment that one undoubtedly experiences upon completion of a crafty endeavor, it seems like there are health benefits to making those origami flowers as well! Though I’m neither a MD nor a therapist, that’s sounds pretty awesome! Folding paper flowers aka making origami flowers--ok, origami on the whole, can contribute to a more relaxed, less stressed you. And although more health benefits have been cited, -- both psychological & physiological, I feel safer with stating the obvious and leaving you feeling encouraged to do some research of your own. So next time you need to go into relaxation mode, grab some paper, log on and watch a video :)A note on today's FUN project: Run to the kitchen and grab some aluminum foil, a tooth pick and a chop stick or a pen. This one will be sure to dazzle you and your compardres!
